A golden bar

This bar had been on my wishlist for years! Mango and chili became a favorite combination of mine when I lived in Mexico and every time I’ve seen Soma Chocolatemaker’s bars anywhere I’ve looked for this one. You can imagine the joy when a friend brought it home from her travels. Thank you Glazed Chocolate- a chocolate maker knows how to buy gifts!

I knew I’d love it and I wasn’t disappointed, creamy, colorful and rich! Memories of sun kissed mangos for breakfast and buying fresh mangos sprinkled with chili powder in busy streets corner around Mexico. Closing my eyes transporting myself to another time and place. 

My favorite white chocolate bars are always colorful! The cacao butter is a perfect canvas and can carry flavors and create sensations that melt in my mouth!
