Sanna Forslund is a chocolate educator, artist, and sensory experience facilitator. She is passionate about helping people explore the world of chocolate through their senses. One of her specialties is combining breathing techniques and sensory awareness with the joy of tasting chocolate, creating experiences that are both grounding and delicious.
Sanna’s love for chocolate began in childhood and has grown into a deep and joyful calling. Over the years, she has traveled the world as jury and speaker at international chocolate festivals, and spent time living on and visiting cacao farms. Her hands-on experiences at the source have given her a profound respect for cacao, both as a craft and as a plant.
Whether guiding a tasting, leading a breathwork session, or expressing herself through art and writing, Sanna brings warmth, intention, and creativity to everything she does. Her work invites people to slow down, connect with their senses, and rediscover the beauty of the present moment.
For Sanna, chocolate is more than just a treat—it’s a pathway to presence, pleasure, and connection. Through her offerings, she inspires a deeper appreciation for cacao and the magic it holds—one mindful bite at a time.
Sanna offers her work as a speaker and facilitator for events, groups, and teams, as well as through one-on-one sessions for personal growth.
